Accounts Payable / Finance Assistant Location: Lisburn Salary: £13.50 per hour- Mon - Fri 8am-5pm Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Start Date: Immediate About the Role: We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable/Finance Assistant to join a dynamic team in Lisburn on a temporary to permanent basis. This role is crucial in supporting the finance function, ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations. You will be responsible for managing accounts payable tasks and assisting in various finance-related duties. Key Responsibilities: Processing Supplier Invoices: Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, including matching, batching, and coding. Reconciliation: Reconcile supplier statements and investigate any discrepancies. Payment Runs: Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly payment runs. Expenses Processing: Handle employee expense claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policy. Administration: Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems. Ad-Hoc Finance Tasks: Provide support on any other financial duties as required by the Finance Manager.
