Ensuring Compliance and Control: Uphold company policies and conduct audits to mitigate risks and resolve discrepancies effectively. Inspiring Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts payable team, creating a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence. Experience:
At least 5 years in accounts payable, with 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably in logistics or transportation. Skills:
Deep understanding of accounting principles and processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and influencing skills to work effectively with teams, vendors, and senior management. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules, including occasional overtime or weekend work.
