As Accounts Payable Manager, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, driving efficiency, ensuring accuracy, and fostering vital relationships with stakeholders. What You'll Be Doing:

Mastering Financial Operations: Lead the accounts payable process, ensuring seamless invoice processing, payments, and account reconciliations. Manage a global back-office team, collaborating across borders for operational excellence. Building Vendor Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with vendors, ensuring timely resolutions to queries and fostering trust and collaboration. Delivering Insightful Reporting: Produce and present financial reports that inform decision-making and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Driving Innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize efficiency and accuracy in the accounts payable function. Ensuring Compliance and Control: Uphold company policies and conduct audits to mitigate risks and resolve discrepancies effectively. Inspiring Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts payable team, creating a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence. Strengthening Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders through regular updates on operations, team performance, and strategic initiatives. What We're Looking For:

Experience:

At least 5 years in accounts payable, with 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably in logistics or transportation. Skills:

Deep understanding of accounting principles and processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and influencing skills to work effectively with teams, vendors, and senior management. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules, including occasional overtime or weekend work.
