Accounts Payable Manager

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable Leadership:
Oversee the accounts payable function, ensuring efficient processing, reconciliation, and payment of supplier invoices across multiple sites.
Supplier Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating payment terms and ensuring the smooth resolution of any disputes.
Credit Control:
Collaborate with the wider finance team to manage receivables, ensuring timely payments from customers while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement improvements to systems and workflows, driving efficiency and accuracy within the Accounts Payable function.
Reporting:
Provide regular reporting on KPIs, cash flow, and supplier performance to senior management.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments and site managers to ensure alignment of financial processes and support business growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a senior Accounts Payable or similar role within a multi-site organisation.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
Excellent relationship-building abilities, both internally and externally.
Analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
Familiarity with modern finance systems and tools.
