2024-12-13 Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Manager? TXM Recruit is looking for an experienced candidate for a 3-6 month contract with hybrid working. Our client is incredibly busy, processing up to and over 700 invoices per month with an annual processing of over £20 million! What our client is looking for:
Someone who has experience with automated invoicing, though manual invoicing experience is also acceptable as they still process a lot of manual invoices. Experience managing invoices, understanding what to do with parked/queried invoices and how to resolve them. A proactive approach to problem-solving; someone who can identify issues and work out solutions rather than just reporting them, as they are already aware of some invoicing issues affecting business as usual. You will have a lot of dealings with procurement. This role requires working 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Friday at 1pm. Our client offers £30.00 per hour. Qualifications and Background:
