The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the entire accounts payable processes of the organization. This role involves setting objectives for the team, monitoring invoice processing, and maintaining high quality invoicing procedures. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific: Lead a diverse portfolio of People and System projects from an AP perspective including scoping and planning, ensuring on-time delivery and successful implementation. Lead entire Team in ensuring all transactions are posted accurately and on time for all entities, including but not limited to; invoices, credit notes, automatic payments, refunds and requests to create/amend vendor data. Empower direct reports to deliver a Business Partnering service for all internal Stakeholders, ensuring end-to-end customer service and delivery of agreed SLA’s. Drive high performing teams through proactive and growth leadership skills, actively contributing to the strategic plan for the I2P Team. Lead the Team to ensure sound business partnering skills, including communicating and ways of working between functional leads, ensuring alignment with the business goals and objectives. General: Ensure the team adopts a continuous improvement mindset to all relevant tasks and procedures. Provide information to key stakeholders within the company, which is timely, relevant and accurate. Ensure entities compliance to Sarbanes Oxley and Accounting Standards are being followed in line with Xylem Corporate Policies. Lead Internal and External Annual Audit processes and compliance reviews for I2P domain. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3-5 years Senior Team Leadership experience (ideally in a shared services / transactional finance sector) Minimum AAT Qualified Preferred Team Leadership / Mentoring Qualification Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
