We are embarking on an exciting transformation within our Finance function at Holland & Barrett. As our Payables Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of 14, driving efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement. This role offers you the chance to make a significant impact on our financial operations and work closely with senior management to build a best-in-class service for our suppliers and the business. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Payables team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions Oversee direct debit payments within guidelines Create and monitor team KPIs to enhance productivity Collaborate with the property team to ensure accurate lease information and payments Approve supplier payments and manage cash flow effectively Conduct regular performance reviews and provide development opportunities Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and resolve queries promptly Generate regular reports on accounts payable activities and relevant metrics Location:

Based in Nuneaton, this role operates under a hybrid model with 2-3 days per week on-site, supporting flexibility and productivity. The Person: AAT qualified or studying towards a professional qualification Experience in an Accounts Payable Manager role In-depth knowledge of P2P processes, preferably in a retail context Experience of managing a team, with a focus on development and motivation Excellent communication skills for both financial and non-financial stakeholders Ability to support and implement process improvements Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams Our Benefits:
