Accounts Payable Specialist – Temp to Perm - £15-£17 per hour - Abingdon About the Client This opportunity is with an organisation within the pharmaceutical industry, and they need an experienced Accounts Payable specialist who is able to start right away and hit the ground running. About the Job This role focuses primarily on Accounts Payable, managing processes for both the UK and US. The position offers an excellent chance to develop skills further in a collaborative and engaging setting. Duties will include: Managing Accounts Payable for UK and US Conducting payment runs and bank reconciliations Preparing VAT returns (training provided if needed) Performing supplier account reconciliations Assisting with accruals, prepayments, and asset management as required About the Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will have excellent system skills, combined with a detail-oriented approach to Accounts Payable. A willingness to learn and develop new skills, particularly around VAT returns, is essential, along with good organisational abilities and the capacity to thrive in a team-focused environment.
