The Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible for processing invoices, payments, and reconciling statements to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments. Manage multiple entities, process reconciliations Point of contact for client or vendor queries Resolving queries promptly and accurately Process payments including inter-company transactions Assist with month-end close Conducting statement reconciliations Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
