Invoice Processing Manager Benefits: Annual Bonus Annual Salary Review Enhanced Benefits Package Career Development Opportunities Hybrid Working (2 Days WFH) Invoice Processing Manager Responsibilities: Implement best practices and leverage digital tools and technologies for effective process automation. Identify opportunities to improve and simplify the invoice processing function by working across teams to deliver end to end improvements. Use key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and evaluate process and team performance daily. Identify opportunities for improvements and put training in place as required to reach desired results. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Service Partners, operations teams, site teams, legal, and sustainability teams, to align team objectives with the wider business objectives. Lead and manage the Processing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to optimise their performance and ensure collaborative success in achieving their invoice processing goals and objectives. Provide training and professional development opportunities to the team, enhancing their skills and capabilities. Lead regular one to ones with the team to monitor KPI’s, establish training needs and identify individual development goals, forming plans to achieve these accordingly. Maintain and continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of invoice processing, effectively optimising the use of technology and automations. Maintain and enhance related data, insight, and reporting (including the use of AI and Robotics, and BI dashboards). Invoice Processing Manager Required Experience: Previous Senior/ Leadership or Management experience in an Accounts payable or Invoice Processing capacity. Experience of working in a Larger Business or Shared Service Centre environment is HIGHLY advantageous. A strong understanding of financial and procurement processes, financial risks and controls, and compliance requirements. Advanced proficiency in financial systems or (ERP) software, and data analytics tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. A proven ability to manage a busy and high-volume teams workload ensuring effective delegation of tasks to ensure the team are able to set priorities and meet deadlines accordingly. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex procurement concepts to internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Service Partners and cross-functional teams. Demonstrated commitment to driving continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the procurement function. An innovative and progressive approach and mindset with the vision to set new ideas and creative approaches. Effective leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, and driving results through effective coaching and development.
