Job Description The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for: Bank Reconciliations Posting of receipts/refunds to various accounts Liaising with customers regarding their accounts Setting up and opening accounts on the internal software Offering support to the credit controller Providing holiday cover for the team Issuing of bills/invoices monthly, quarterly & yearly Chasing payments from customers Sending out statements monthly, quarterly & yearly The Successful Applicant The Accounts Receivable Clerk will have: Experience in a similar accounting role Customer service experience and the ability to speak to customers on the phone with confidence Computer literacy, particularly with MS Office and Outlook Experience with financial accounting systems is beneficial A flexible approach to teamwork and the ability to deal with a fast-paced environment Due to location, you will need to drive and have access to your own car Immediate availability What's on Offer Permanent position after temporary period if successful in the temporary role Hybrid working after the initial training period A chance to join a growing organization offering training and progression Immediate start
