Accounts Receivable Manager

to oversee receivables and drive efficiencies. With a dedicated and high-performing leadership team, newly acquired state-of-the-art facilities in Wakefield, and a robust plan for further expansion, this is a truly exciting time to join.

Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Management:

Oversee and streamline invoicing, reconciliation, and payment collection processes across multiple locations.

Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including local authorities and health sector organisations, ensuring timely payments and effective resolution of any disputes.

Credit Control:

Work collaboratively with the finance team to manage credit terms, assess creditworthiness, and mitigate risk while supporting business growth initiatives.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement enhancements to systems and workflows to optimise efficiency and accuracy within the Accounts Receivable function.

Reporting:

Prepare and present regular performance reports on KPIs, cash flow, and receivables to the senior leadership team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with other departments to align financial processes and support strategic objectives as the business scales further.

What We're Looking For Demonstrable experience in an Accounts Receivable Lead or similar role, ideally within a multi-site organisation.

Exposure to working with local authorities or NHS customers or in the healthcare sector.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.

Exceptional relationship management skills, both internally and externally.

A proactive approach to process improvement, with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Proficiency in modern finance systems and tools.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
