This includes ensuring the timely and accurate reconciliation of bank transactions, as well as the efficient processing and allocation of customer payments. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Management of the accounts receivable inbox Coordination of daily banking reconciliations Overseeing refund processing Assisting with processing new credit applications & credit limits Conducting credit assessments Creating manual invoices and credits approved Providing exceptional Internal and External Customer Service THE PERSON… Our ideal candidate is an organised, self-starter with strong attention to detail, having worked in similar administration/accounts roles.
