Ensuring the accuracy of the billing & credit control functions across multiple international entities. Support month end AR activities such as month end reporting & BS reconciliations. Liaising with internal & external stakeholders. Setting and monitoring KPI's. Performance analysis. Ensuring all processes are up to standard and improving AR processes where applicable. Manage staff across the AR function including 121's, KPI's and target setting. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will:
Have a proven track record in a similar role (international business, SSC environment). Be able to demonstrate effective team management. Be an excellent written and verbal communicator. Have a high level of attention to detail. Be proficient with MS Office, particularly MS Excel. Previous working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365 would be beneficial.
