Boston Hale is currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a higher education institution on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise a small team Manage daily billing, receipting, and bank reconciliations Ensure accurate student exemptions, scholarships, and fee waivers are recorded Maintain accounts receivable records and oversee refund processes Reconcile control accounts and resolve discrepancies to maintain data integrity Administer loan files and manage Western Union payment services Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures If you think you have the drive, determination, and experience required to fulfil this role, then we would like to hear from you.
