And we want to pass that growth onto you. Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the B2B Account Managers in the growth of our B2B Key Account Customers. A significant part of the role will be to proactively contact our customers to drive the success of B2B Key Accounts in multiple outbound campaigns, whilst ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service they expect from Screwfix through proactive and regular planned contact. Face-to-face collaboration is an integral part of our warm, friendly culture, so you’ll work from our head office three days a week, working flexibly around our core working hours of 10am-3pm. Key Responsibilities:

Being a centralised point of support for our Account Managers to support with admin activity. Calling newly set up Key Account customers to provide information about our Screwfix proposition and to identify any up-and-coming opportunities. Deliver targeted call campaigns to drive sales growth, lead generation, and reverse down spend by gathering insight from our Key Account customers. Be a point of contact for our Key Account customers, building effective relationships, offering support and resolution for a variety of complex customer queries. Take ownership of escalated customer queries and use commercial judgement and seek advice where appropriate to maintain positive professional relationships whilst considering the needs of the business. Work with our credit provider to deliver support to our customers, including debt management, loss prevention and card administration. Produce reports from our CRM to our key account customers. Manage and maintain the setup of new customers and leavers within our CRM platform, to ensure our key accounts records are being kept up to date, and our customers are receiving the right discount/rebate. Liaise and work with various stakeholders both internally and externally. Minimum Requirements:

Experience in relationship building using a variety of different platforms including phone and email. Using natural conversational skills to enhance sales opportunities by listening and understanding customer needs. Proven ability in problem solving, taking responsibility to achieve positive solutions which suit both the customer and the business. Sales oriented - tenacious, positive, motivated and target driven. Flexible & adaptable - skilled at managing own workloads and working on your own initiative. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, whilst being open to changing direction to suit business needs. Commitment to results – Focused on your targets and the ability to overcome any obstacles that may arise. A proven background in customer sales and service in B2B. What’s in it for me?
