We are currently seeking a talented and ambitious Accounts Semi-Senior to join our client's thriving team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to further their career in accounting within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts for a variety of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Completing personal and corporate tax returns, including computations and submissions to HMRC. Providing support to senior team members in conducting audits and assurance engagements (25% of the role) Liaising with clients to gather necessary information and address queries in a timely and professional manner. Utilizing accounting software and systems to maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Assisting with ad hoc projects and tasks as required by management. Requirements

AAT qualified or part-qualified ACA/ACCA, with relevant experience in a similar role within a professional services environment. Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of UK GAAP and tax regulations. Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks. Audit experience is not essential but desirable. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and colleagues. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. A proactive and team-oriented approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients. Benefits
