Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries regarding accounts. Provide direct assistance to clients over the phone and in face-to-face meetings. Possess proficiency in Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks, with the ability to train clients on these accounting packages. Maintain computer literacy and be willing to undertake internal IT tasks such as software updates. Preferably located within proximity to our office. Experience in payroll, corporate, and personal tax matters is beneficial but not mandatory. Background in a practice environment is preferred over industry experience. Willingness to undergo training, with the option of pursuing ACCA or ACA qualifications.
