Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Lead and nurture relationships with clients across various sectors, providing expert advice and support. Team Leadership:
Assist in planning and managing jobs for yourself and trainees, ensuring they receive comprehensive training. Accounting Preparation:
Efficiently prepare statutory accounts, management accounts, corporation tax computations, and unincorporated accounts to a high standard, ready for senior team review. Client Oversight:
Manage a small portfolio of clients, ensuring timely workflow, preparation, and deadlines are met while maintaining strong client relationships. Mentorship:
Actively support and mentor junior team members, contributing to their professional development. Benefits:
