My client is a well-established firm of chartered accountants based in Leicester, and due to recent growth are seeking an Accounts Senior to join their friendly and welcoming team. They provide a range of services to their clients, including audit, accountancy, advisory, and tax services.

Accounts Senior Job Overview
Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring all work is completed in a timely manner. Prepare annual accounts and tax computations for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. Prepare management accounts on a quarterly/monthly basis. Prepare VAT returns. Support and develop the more junior members of staff. Ensure to deliver an excellent level of customer service, managing and exceeding client expectations.
Accounts Senior Job Requirements
Suitable candidates will be ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience. Previous experience working in an accountancy practice environment. Must be computer literate (particularly Microsoft Office). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and thrives on exceeding client expectations. Ability to work well within a team.
Accounts Senior Salary & Benefits
£33,000-£38,000 basic salary (depending on experience). 34 days annual leave - including bank holidays. Hybrid working available (two days at home/three in the office). Free parking. Death in service benefit. Regular staff social events.
