Job Description
As an Accounts Senior based in the firm's Newquay office, you will prepare year-end accounts and tax returns, delivering a wide range of general practice services to a mixed client base of sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. There will be opportunities for involvement in cloud accounting advice and increasing client exposure, working with managers and partners on planning and advisory projects. You will have the chance to further your technical skills and develop your career in a supportive environment, with excellent backing to qualify through AAT/ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA, and encouragement to pursue areas of technical interest.
The Successful Applicant
You will have a recent background in the accounting profession, working for a small, medium, or large independent accountancy firm or within the Top 50/Mid Tier. Experience in preparing accounts, tax, and providing associated practice services to sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies is essential. You may be pursuing or hold formal qualifications such as AAT or be a finalist in ACCA, or have developed your career through experience. What's on Offer
