Clark Wood is collaborating with a respected regional firm of accountants in Wisbech, currently experiencing internal growth and seeking to expand their Business Services Team by appointing an Accounts Senior.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will ideally be qualified (ACA/ACCA) or nearing qualification, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in General Practice. However, candidates without formal qualifications will also be considered based on their relevant experience. Responsibilities will include a variety of General Practice assignments such as accounts preparation and tax compliance services for diverse business clients including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. Proficiency in UK GAAP and knowledge of disclosures required for small and medium-sized companies are essential. Excellent communication skills are crucial, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The candidate should feel confident in client interactions regarding financials and business procedures.
