Forward thinking firm Flexible working About Our Client Our client is a reputable player in the professional services industry. With a team of over 500 employees, they are known for their commitment to quality and their strong client focus. Job Description Produce first draft financial statements for the more complex assignments, identifying and appropriately clearing client queries before passing the file for review Following the client review/meeting, ensure any final adjustments are processed in the financial statements and taxation software. Draft tax computations and return forms for all entity types and complete the tax working papers schedule Submission of approved financial statements and statutory tax returns in accordance with the entity's needs Produce client management accounts and appropriate commentary, ensuring client needs and deadlines are met to support them from an advisory perspective. Perform financial analysis and present findings to upper management. Provide coaching, training and support to Associate's, utilising your knowledge and experience Review working papers from Associates The Successful Applicant A successful Accounts Senior should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) or working toward completion Experience in a team coaching and mentorship Have the desire and ability to develop and grow within a forward-thinking and supportive environment Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
