The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA or ACCA-qualified accountant with a background in practice to step into a career-defining role. Based in the Surrey office, you'll work closely with the senior management team, overseeing a diverse client portfolio and making a significant impact on their success. Key Responsibilities Review and oversee management accounts for UK and multinational companies. Provide expert guidance on VAT and PAYE matters, including reviewing VAT returns. Support start-ups with strategic financial advice and assistance. Lead the implementation of advanced accounting and computerised financial systems. Manage UK financial reporting for limited companies, LLPs, partnerships, and sole traders. Mentor and develop team members through training, reviews, and ongoing support. Strengthen client relationships by offering expert advice on various business topics. About You ACA or ACCA qualified, with 3-4+ years of experience working in practice. Strong knowledge of management and statutory accounting, with the ability to oversee complex accounts. Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach. Legally entitled to work in the UK without Visa support. What’s in it for You?
