Responsibilities of the Accounts Technician Prepare accounts and VAT returns for various clients including Sole Traders and Partnerships. Prepare personal and corporation tax returns. Client management accounting. Data entry. Processing journals and finalising accounts. Requirements for a successful Accounts Technician AAT Level 4 qualified or part qualified ACA or ACCA. Accounts experience within a practice environment previously is essential. VAT experience. Excellent communication skills. Strong IT skills with proficiency in Xero, Sage and QuickBooks.
