Accounts/Audit Senior - Successful Accountancy Practice with Effective Strategy

Duties will include: Assisting in the preparation of year-end financial statements to clients Helping to train/advise junior members of staff as required Inputting draft accounts onto the internal system Preparing accounts on behalf of clients across the portfolio Preparation of management accounts and VAT returns for clients Planning of audits (ideal but not essential) Overseeing a team of 2-3 both on site and in the office Assisting staff with any ad-hoc accounting projects as required. Skills required:
Previous experience of working within an accounting role within practice or industry. Quality organisational skills. AAT/ACA/ACCA qualifications. Bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, reconciling creditors. Reconciliation of PAYE and VAT. Processing and inputting VAT figures.
