Who we need Our Apprenticeship Construction team is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Achievement Coach. If you have a passion for supporting further education students and understand the challenges they face, this role is perfect for you! Key responsibilities: Attendance Monitoring and Employer Communication Behavioural and Pastoral Support Student Engagement and Feedback Educational Support and Review Assessment and Exam Support Administrative and Progression Support Employer and External Liaison Team Collaboration What you’ll bring As an Achievement Coach, you'll be a cornerstone of our learners' pastoral support. You'll work closely with our Compliance Team, monitor attendance, and conduct reviews with employers and apprentices at their workplaces. A full UK driver's license is essential

for this role. Proficiency in OneFile is also required. Additionally, you may provide 1-1 targeted support for our vulnerable learners.
