NVQ Administration Level 2 or word processing/typing qualification to level 2 or NVQ Customer Service Level 2 OR proven experience of working in an office environment. Ask us about flexible working options to fit with your work/life balance - #HappytoTalkFlexible The Role: Your main duties would be taking calls from service users, other services, professionals, running daily reports and booking family admission appointments. You will add information to Capita One/Liquid Logic, take minutes at staff/Senior Leadership Team meetings, order items via I procurement, handle petty cash, arrange free school meals, book interpreters, along with other office duties. About You: The successful candidate will be confident in answering the phone and dealing with enquiries and have the ability to use spreadsheets, Excel, Word documents, and inputting information on to Bolton Council computer systems. You will be able to minute and note take, along with IT procurement orders and undertaking all other office duties e.g., filing and photocopying.
