As a team leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Insurance Advisors who work in the field. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of business strategy, brand, objectives, and priorities, as well as exceptional skills in sales, negotiation, organisation, and planning. In this role, you will use your excellent mentoring and coaching skills to support and develop your team. You will be responsible for setting and monitoring targets, providing feedback and support to team members, and motivating them to achieve their full potential.
