Property Management/Inventory
experience essential
Experience with CFP or other CRM system
Good literacy/numeracy skills
Clean Drivers Licence
Personable and well presented as the role requires meeting landlords and representatives from Local Authorities
Good IT skills, including Excel and good communication skills
Some negotiating skills preferred
Docusign experience
Procurement Assistant/Lease Renewals:
Negotiate Lease renewals (training will be given)
Prepare Works Reports
Carry out Interim inspections
Carry out full inventory & photos
Accompany inspectors from Local Authorities on visits
Top up gas and electric meters
Collect or cut keys
Update spreadsheet with enquiries
Collate certificates and prepare files for submission
Cover phones from 9am
Update CFP CRM system
Complete the Ready to Let notifications
Organise bookings for Void officers
Update Local Authority ADAM system
Assist with general office duties
