Role: Senior Project Manager Location: Billingham, Stockton on Tees Hours: 37.5hrs per week - Office based Salary range: £55,000 - £65,000 About the role Due to business growth and client demand, Actemium Automation Teesside are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our expanding team. As a Project Manager for Teesside, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of automation projects from conception to completion. Main Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and closing of automation projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones to ensure timely delivery. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely manner. Responsible for negotiation of pricing work, rework or variations. Coordinate resources, including internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors, to achieve project objectives efficiently. The Person: Proven experience managing automation projects in industrial environments, with a strong understanding of automation technologies and systems. Ability to understand and produce control system design documents. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. Project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of industrial hardware systems, including control panel design and control system hardware.
