Are you passionate about maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement?

We're seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to join our team, working closely with our SHEQ Manager to maintain and improve our quality assurance initiatives. Join us and play a pivotal role in ensuring our services exceed customer expectations and maintain our reputation for excellence.

Scope of Role Oversee all aspects of quality management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 19443. Develop and implement quality control systems to enhance product reliability and efficiency. Lead and mentor an engineering design team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, driving process improvements. Conduct regular audits and inspections, ensuring that all operations meet our stringent quality criteria. What you’ll need Proven experience in quality management ideally within a highly regulated engineering design setting. Strong knowledge of quality standards, methodologies, and regulatory requirements. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and communication abilities. A commitment to continuous improvement and a proactive approach to quality challenges.
