The Activation Specialist Nationals & RTM brings our brands to life across the Nationals and Route to Market (RTM) channels by crafting bespoke experiences and volume-driving programmes that engage consumers, build brand desirability, and deliver rate of sale. The role covers all brands and is responsible for providing trade marketing expertise and executing market-leading brand activations and events.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Partnership Development

Support Sales in joint business planning in key National accounts. Lead the creation of Nationals' tender presentations, collaborating with Sales to integrate specific customer needs, and Brand to highlight unique points of differentiation. Create innovative ways to grow consumer awareness, desirability, and maximize commercial sell-out aligning with commercial, brand and partner objectives. Develop & implement strategies to optimize the performance of collaborations, enhance brand image, and improve visibility, in both Nationals & RTM. Coordinate with various MHUK ambassadors, and or compliance agency, to organize staff tastings & trainings throughout the year, in both Nationals & RTM. Monitor, analyse and share competitor programmes and investments within Nationals. Brand Activations and Events

Manage projects from creation through implementation to post-activation analysis. Identify opportunities, and generate ideas, to drive brand desirability and boost rate of sale in collaboration with Account Manager, adapting projects according to changing business needs. In collaboration with Brand, devise, plan, and execute activations within budget, timelines, and brand guidelines, adapting to the scalable nature of both RTM & Nationals. Work closely with Account Manager & accounts' marketing teams to fully maximize commercial agreements, including but not limited to: social media collaboration, co-branding opportunities, on-site GB-wide activations, bar branding, pop-ups, sampling, digital screens, and CRM data collection. Manage brand activations with relevant agencies from end to end to deliver high-quality activations. Amplify activations through social media and PR by managing photographers, and working with accounts' internal marketing teams. Set clear objectives and KPIs, leading the review and ROI analysis to improve future activations. Incorporate learnings from previous activation reviews, commercial priorities, brand objectives, and stakeholder feedback. Populate Aspire in relation to activations. Key Skills & Knowledge:

4+ years experience in Sales, Marketing or Trade Marketing. Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Experience of brand activations. Agency and supplier management expertise. Understanding of Moët Hennessy UK brands and the luxury universe. Creativity and the ability to develop new ideas and solutions. Impeccable attention to detail. Presentation skills. Digital user.

Excellent communication, engagement, and relationship-building skills. Influencing and stakeholder management skills. Strongly commercial and customer-oriented. Public speaking and facilitation skills. Passion for representing the brands and educating others. Resilient and persistent with strong organizational skills.
