Job Description Main Duties include but are not limited to: To support the consistent delivery of the Entertainments Operational Standards and Customer Service Standards in order to support the Company Vision and Mission and take necessary actions to ensure standards are not compromised. To support the Entertainments Management Team with the running of the Activities Team department on shifts, ensuring that the department's operation is productive, efficient and professional at all times. Leading by example, motivating the team and ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed. To support fostering a culture in developing team members to support the department's overall performance and to get the very best out of each team member in order to support them reaching their full potential. To support developing the Activities Team product knowledge to ensure that our guests' expectations are met. To attend all Entertainment Management meetings that you are invited to and to play a proactive and supportive role. Be a solid team player with key interdependencies with the Entertainments team to support and work together to deliver consistently high standards at all times. To ensure that guests enjoy their experience within the Activities/Sports areas whilst operating in a safe and professional manner at all times and within the normal operating procedures/ emergency action guidelines, delivering a high standard at all times. Report any failings in Health & Safety, near misses or accidents during any activity, directly to the Head of Entertainment. Ensure all in-house and external equipment and activity facilities are kept in good working order, maintained to high standards, and replaced as needed. Qualifications At least 2 years experience in a management role. Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements in an Activities environment.
