You will play a key role in the rehabilitation of patients with complex needs, supporting them through their recovery and helping them regain independence.Key Responsibilities:• Assess, plan, and implement tailored treatment plans for patients with diverse acute conditions.• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes for your patients.• Contribute to discharge planning and ensure continuity of care.• Provide hands-on, evidence-based interventions across a variety of conditions, including orthopaedics, respiratory, neurology, and post-surgical recovery.What We're Looking For:• HCPC registration is essential.• Proven experience in acute or inpatient settings (NHS experience).• Strong clinical reasoning skills and a patient-centred approach.• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.• Ability to thrive in a busy, ever-changing environment.Ready to take your physiotherapy career to the next level?
