Acute Medical Team Lead Occupational Therapist
An opportunity has arisen to join the leadership team at East Surrey Hospital as Occupational Therapy Team Lead in Acute Medicine. The highly motivated and dynamic acute medical team is a well-established integrated multidisciplinary team and is respected within the hospital. The Team is committed to providing high quality and effective therapy assessment and treatment to our patients in the acute medical wards. We are looking for a team lead who is forward-thinking, innovative, and flexible, with depth of knowledge and experience in Occupational Therapy assessment and interventions for a wide range of medical conditions, elderly care, and equipment provision. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of service delivery and managing a complex caseload. You will have experience in supervising staff and be an accredited practice placement educator. Main duties of the job
