JustOT are looking to recruit a band 6 Acute Occupational Therapist for a locum position with our client in Lancashire.
The pay for this position is £20 - £23 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Occupational Therapist with experience working within an acute hospital and/or rehabilitation environments. The area of work involves managing a clinical caseload to provide ongoing assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and discharge planning for both surgical and trauma and orthopaedic patients following their surgery. The placements involve close MDT collaboration, following the Red 2 Green principles to promote a positive patient experience and journey. Awareness of local discharge pathways, HomeFirst, and Single Handed Care principles, as well as respiratory physiotherapy skills, would be helpful but not essential. Minimum Requirements:
