Manage caseloads effectively on Elderly Medicine wards. Engage actively in team meetings and plan your day efficiently. Conduct frail elderly assessments and execute interventions. Identify and provide necessary equipment for patient recovery. Collaborate with Occupational Therapy teams and liaise with MDT, carers, and families. Complete necessary statistics and data, accessing ExtraMed and making referrals as required. You must be HCPC registered and have firsthand experience working in the NHS, particularly as a Band 6 Physiotherapist on Acute Medical or Elderly Wards.
