Ensure the smooth functioning of the sales process from acceptance of the initial offer to completion. Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties to ensure that the process is completed on time. Provide frequent updates to clients, buyers, and sellers during the sales process. Deal with and resolve customer complaints and queries. Keep accurate records of all sales transactions. Prepare and issue invoices and receipts. Organise and manage the sales staff’s schedules. Handle administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management. Help the sales team reach their targets by identifying and qualifying leads. Perform any other tasks assigned by management. Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in sales progression or similar roles is a must. Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong organisational and time-management abilities, and the ability to multitask and work under pressure are all essential. Attention to detail and accuracy, proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Apps and CRM software, a positive and proactive attitude, and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team are all highly desirable. Education and Experience:
Hold a full UK Driving Licence. Able to work on your own and within a team. High standard of spoken and written English.
