Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator. You will play a key role in assisting the organisation with administrative support. Key Responsibilities as Admin Assistant:

Managing the correspondence and communications of the organisation such as phone calls, post, and emails. Diary Management. Scheduling of meetings and appointments within the company and the arrangement of refreshments and other corporate catering. Oversight of office inventory, including ensuring an adequate supply of consumables, such as stationery or printer ink. Organising site itineraries including travel and corporate events. Keeping the CRM system up to date. Key Requirements:

Must be computer literate. Experienced user of Word, Excel, and CRM systems. Highly organised. Team-Worker. Ability to multi-task. Salary:
