You will work as part of an existing administrative service providing comprehensive admin support to clinicians.
You will be responsible for the management of the team's information systems and will be required to accurately maintain all elements of this, ensuring that all statutory notifications to all agencies are undertaken in a timely manner.
You will be responsible for the production of high-quality documents from written, recorded, or dictated material.
You will be responsible for the administrative element of externally working with the Children and Families Trust database (LCS) and undertake training to maintain awareness of system changes.
You will be responsible for taking and/or providing minutes and agendas for meetings.
You will be expected to provide and receive sensitive information regarding Safeguarding Children, communicating with a wide range of professionals, within the BDCFT Policies and Protocols.
You will be required to collate and distribute documents internally and externally, including photocopying as required, and to work within systems for the transfer of information electronically, taking into account data protection policies and procedures.
You will be required to:
