Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. Oversee office supplies inventory, order new materials as needed, and ensure the office environment is well-maintained and efficient. Assist in coordinating client meetings, preparing presentation materials, and ensuring all client communications are handled professionally and promptly. Maintain and update company databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. Assist in organising company events, workshops, and team-building activities. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the media or advertising industry. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
