Working with the administration team on a full or part time basis supporting the role will ensure accurate inputting and processing but also reporting of information to assist in functions across the business. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our dedicated team to uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service, ensure timely information dissemination, and contribute to ongoing improvements in our processes and quality standards. Key Responsibilities & Accountability

Responding to incoming telephone calls, managing inquiries, and addressing various questions from stakeholder Initiating, documenting, and processing purchase orders in accordance with company protocols Drafting and formatting test and inspection reports as prepared by engineering personnel Executing a range of general administrative functions to support operational efficiency Maintaining and updating client portals while ensuring the timely upload of pertinent documentation Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes
