Responding to incoming telephone calls, managing inquiries, and addressing various questions from stakeholder Initiating, documenting, and processing purchase orders in accordance with company protocols Drafting and formatting test and inspection reports as prepared by engineering personnel Executing a range of general administrative functions to support operational efficiency Maintaining and updating client portals while ensuring the timely upload of pertinent documentation Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes
