Repairs Communications Assistant . As Beaverbrooks’ Repairs Communications Assistant, you will be responsible for responding to all emails and phone calls within an agreed deadline. You will confirm all customer estimates to send onto stores, advise stores on any general enquiries or repair queries they have, and provide regular updates to our stores, office colleagues, and external partners on the status of customer repairs. The Repairs Department at Beaverbrooks focuses on providing information on repairs and services. Within this role, you will be required to work well within the team and to your own initiative as necessary. As a team, we strive to provide a quality, efficient, and knowledgeable service; making the best decision, every time. Main Responsibilities Communicate with stores, manufacturers, and workshops via phone and email Confirm customer estimates to stores Advise on general enquiries and queries Chase outstanding customer repairs with suppliers Process post: sort and divide store repair parcels Generate and update reports relating to customer repairs Provide general admin support to other areas of the department About Beaverbrooks Established in 1919, we have 88 locations across the UK, including 63 Beaverbrooks stores and 22 dedicated brand boutiques, including TAG Heuer, OMEGA, Breitling, and Tudor.
