As a key member of the Event Team, you’ll play a vital role in the planning and execution of large-scale events. Your primary responsibilities will include: People Coordination : Sourcing, recruiting, and building relationships with individuals, groups, and companies to engage the hundreds of volunteers essential to the success of flagship events. Administrative Support : Managing and organising key aspects of people planning and event logistics, ensuring seamless preparation for event day. Event Logistics : Collaborating with the Event Team to assist in the overall planning and delivery of memorable and impactful events. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, perfect for someone who: Is a natural communicator with the ability to inspire and engage others. Enjoys building meaningful relationships and sharing a passion for making a difference. Thrives under pressure and is driven to meet goals and targets. Has strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Please note this role is a 9M FTC.
