About the Client: We keep those sentenced to prison in custody, helping them lead law-abiding and useful lives, both while they are in prison and after they are released. What Will Be Your Day to Day Tasks? The Administrative Officer will oversee and ensure the efficient operation of our administrative functions. This role requires a proactive individual with extensive experience in administrative management, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in improving office processes. Your duties will include but not be limited to: Oversee daily administrative operations, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management. Provide high-level administrative support to staff. Identifying errors in data and reporting these accordingly to improve office procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the department. Assist in the preparation and management of financial data. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external members of the public, managing inquiries and facilitating communication across departments. What's in this for you?
