MPI have a requirement for Admin Support to work on site at DSAE Cosford on contract for initially 6 months. This is a 6 month requirement but will be reviewed at that stage with the possibility of extension if work levels permit. Normal working hours are 08:00 Mon-Thu and 08:30 Fri. This role is deemed in-scope of IR35; therefore, the PAYE RATE is £12.15 AHW. This is an ongoing contract with an onsite interview required. The successful applicant will be required to apply for a Basic Disclosure and will undergo an MOD BPSS Security Clearance. Requirements:

Essential:

Be able to use Microsoft Office applications, including Excel. Note taking. Desirable:

Use of some form of Database or Tafmis/JPA, SharePoint type system. Tasks:

Attend Review Boards to record, produce and publish the RoDs. Update Spreadsheets (Accommodation, ETT, Instructor Database). Update Photo Nominal Rolls. Upload reports to SharePoint.
