Responsibilities:
Assess funding applications to establish customers' eligibility and entitlement to support in accordance with the organisation's regulations and instructions. Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders via telephone, email, or webchat. Be flexible to respond to changes in priorities and take on additional ad hoc duties as required.
