What's involved with this role:
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and self-disciplined individual to join the Governance, Policy and Performance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking general clerical and administrative duties across the Governance, Policy and Performance section.
Applicants must have a broad skill set which includes good levels of interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to establish strong and co-operative links with colleagues and customers. They must be well organised and able to prioritise workloads whilst demonstrating attention to detail and delivering work to an agreed service and quality standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a comprehensive administration service, including word processing, data inputting and general clerical duties as required. Establish strong and co-operative links with colleagues, customers and client’s representatives. Daily administration and accuracy of paperwork onto appropriate bespoke computer systems which incorporate all service streams, ensuring adequate access at all times. Chasing of delayed paperwork to minimise impact on the operation. Ensure purchase orders and all associated administration is kept in order. Provide general administrative support in a flexible manner to the business, ensuring that an effective, efficient and customer focused service is delivered using a variety of IT packages. Provide support in relation to any of the functions undertaken including receiving and processing enquiries from internal and external customers in a flexible manner to enable specific and overall objectives to be achieved within required timescales.
