9-5pm, Monday to Friday with an hour lunch (Fully Office Based) Company Overview: We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator/Project Officer to join a reputable civil engineering company based in Welwyn Garden City, specialising in a wide range of projects within the construction and infrastructure sectors. This role will provide comprehensive administrative support to our project management team and assist with various office functions. Job Responsibilities:

Project Support:

Assist project managers with the day-to-day running of projects, including maintaining project documentation, tracking project timelines, and liaising with stakeholders. General Office Administration:

Manage day-to-day office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organising documents to ensure smooth office operations. Minute Taking:

Attend meetings, take detailed and accurate minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties. Customer Service:

Act as the first point of contact for clients, answering queries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Inbox Management:

Monitor and manage incoming emails, ensuring that correspondence is directed to the appropriate team members and responses are handled promptly. Scheduling & Coordination:

Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members, ensuring that all logistics are efficiently managed. Key Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in an administrative or project support role, ideally within the construction or civil engineering industry. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to take initiative, work independently, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. A proactive, detail-oriented approach to tasks and problem-solving. Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. Additional Benefits:
