Administration Assistant

University Hospital Crosshouse - Ayrshire Maternity Unit . What you will do: Women and Children’s Management Admin Team are looking for a flexible, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to help provide Admin Support within the fast-paced Women and Children’s Directorate. Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job: Applicants should have previous reception/clerical experience and experience of working with the public, ideally in an NHS or other healthcare setting, and in a busy and demanding environment. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. You will have good IT skills, be able to work accurately and pay close attention to detail. Hours: 37 hours per week.
